Hi
Just wondered what was the best way to communicate with partners and sharing children's work and photos.
The original partner who was going to deal with this did not get funding and I want to make sure that I go to Spain with some clear ideas so we can get started.

Had a marvellous time thank you - learned lots as well as having SO MUCH FUN!! Yes - there were loads of people there who i meant to talk to but didn't get around to doing it - having too much fun obviously! Shame I couldn't go to more sessions - none in the morning I needed to do but wanted to go to four in the afternoon! But I'll find things out eventually! would you mind sending me that slide you did about technology? Email address is on my FB page.

Hi Jo
Yes by all means spread the word about this Ning Network. You obviously have lots of great and succesful experience with European School Linking projects. The 'voices of the world' project sounds really fantastic.

Im aware that the Comenius Application has in the past been quite onerous. However I do know the British Council is trying hard to make the process easier and do offer support with applications. That is also part of my role as a Learning Together Ambassador.
With your existing Links Im sure you could successfully apply for funding a Comenius Project. Mabe this year is too short Notice but Next year you should seriously consider it. I would help and support you if you want.
Maybe we can discuss this on Friday?

Hi John - Sorry I didn't get back to you before - it's that mad start of term thing! We are involved in a few projects - Voices of The World with Sharon Tonner's ning is great, we also have worked with a few partner schools with varying degrees of success - our link with a French school is the strongest and they have been over before and spend a day playing team-building games with the whole of our KS2 (we are a tiny school) and are coming over again end of March to do a joint animation class with KS2 again - however this is not through Comenius - we simply haven't been able to get through the paperwork / find enough time to co-ordinate / find enough serious partners...
We did finally persuade the French school to sign up to Global Gateway in Novemebr though and have exchanged voicethread collaborations now on an Art project which is going well.
Is it ok if I send out invites to this ning to all the members of Talkabout Primary MFL? A few I see have joined already as many are also members of Voices of The World...
Also I see that you have signed up for the TeachMeet at BETT so hope to see you there maybe?
